Last updated: 2026-09-09

About this document

This agreement is provided by Erny Salcedo, operating the Quivoice service from Cra 42H #82-88,Barranquilla, Colombia, under the laws of Colombia. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Using Quivoice

You must provide accurate account and invoice information, keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content of the invoices you create and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Accounts and workspaces

Each account may manage one or more workspaces. You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Plan limits and current prices are shown before checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

Refund policy

If you are charged but cannot use the service as described, or if you request a refund within 14 days of the first charge of a new subscription, contact legal@quivoice.com and we will review and process an eligible refund. Refunds are not guaranteed for renewals after the initial period or for accounts terminated for violating these terms.

Acceptable use

We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or activity that threatens the service or other customers. You may not use Quivoice to issue invoices for illegal goods or services, to misrepresent your identity, or to attempt to access other customers' data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Quivoice available and secure, but the service is provided on an as-is basis under applicable law and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Quivoice after a change means you accept the updated terms.
