Send invoices by email with a PDF and secure link
Get your invoice to your customer in the format they use every day. Send it from Quivoice on an eligible plan, or download the PDF and attach it from your own email app. Keep your customer details and invoice ready in one workspace.
Prepare the invoice and customer email
Choose your customer and check their email address before sending. Add the products or services, quantities and prices, then review the total and due date. A clear invoice helps the recipient see who is billing them, what the payment covers and when it is due, without searching through earlier messages.
Send a PDF invoice and a link from Quivoice
On plans with email sending, Quivoice sends the customer an invoice email with a secure link and a PDF attachment. You can include copy recipients when needed. The link gives the recipient a way to view the invoice online and download it, and you can keep track of the invoice from its detail page.
Share invoices using the options on your plan
If your plan does not include email sending, download the PDF and attach it to your own email, or share a published invoice link. Check the pricing page to compare sending options and plan limits. After sharing, use the invoice status to follow up and mark the invoice paid when you receive payment.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I send invoices by email on every plan?
- Sending directly from Quivoice depends on your plan. You can also download a PDF to email yourself or share a published invoice link. Compare the current options on the pricing page.
- Does my customer need a Quivoice account?
- Your customer can open a published invoice through its secure link without signing in to your workspace. They can also read the PDF you send them.
- Can I tell whether my customer has viewed the invoice?
- Quivoice records views of the published invoice link. Opening a PDF attachment in an email app is separate and does not count as viewing the online invoice.
